Apex Filling Systems is committed to supporting our customers long after installation.  Equipment manufactured by Apex is backed by a comprehensive 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

If you believe your equipment requires warranty service or technical support, please complete the form below.  Our team will review your request and work with you to identify the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.

Whenever possible, please include:

  • Serial Number (ex. 1234-AB-01)

  • Photos/Videos

  • A detailed description of the issue
